What do you know?

I recently posted the following on Facebook: “The truth has no agenda.” Ignorance of the truth is part of the agenda. I do believe that there is an ongoing attempt to lie about history in America, in order to destroy the Constitution.

Let’s just use one case for now, and you can look for more on your own later. George Washington, how did he die? Do you know that they teach in our schools today he died of an STD? Ya, no, Washington died because his doctors at the time killed him using Mercury to try to cure strep throat. They also teach he was unfaithful and had children with his slaves. Both are lies and freed slaves took the last name of Washington as a sign of honor. Washington never sold slaves, he did not like slavery. He did inherited slaves at Mount Vernon and even bought some to save their lives and free them from “questionable” men. As early as 1778, Washington was pushing to abolish slavery in America. And upon his and his wife’s death he freed all his slaves, which was the only way available at the time. Did you know? If you did know, good! If not, get reading.

You might be thinking, that was interesting, but how is that related to destroying the Constitution? Well funny you should ask. George Washington is one of our greatest Founding Fathers; if you trash him, then you trash what he stood for, you trash his lessons, you trash his morals and values, you trash the truth.

If we lose the truth of our history, we lose.

Thomas Jefferson wrote to a friend in the Virginia legislature in 1786: “Preach, my dear sir, a crusade against ignorance; establish and improve the law for educating the common people…” Jefferson did not want the education we have today; he wanted an education system that “should not be out of the hands of private enterprise, which manages so much better all the concerns to which it is equal.”

In a note to the State of Virginia he wrote: “the first elements of morality…may teach them how to work out their own greatest happiness by showing them that it does not depend on the condition of life in which chance has placed them, but is always the result of a good conscience, good health, occupation, and freedom in all just pursuits.” He believed that by reading and knowing history, truth of what was, one could see a better future of what can and will be. He wrote; “…chiefly historical. History, by apprising them of the past, will enable them to judge of the future; it will qualify them of the experience of other times and other nations; it will avail them of the actions and designs of men; it will enable them to know ambition under every disguise it may assume and, knowing it, to defeat its views.” Our Founding Fathers knew of the evil of men and hiding the truth. What do you know?

Control the education of the masses, you control their progress, you control their history, their morals and values.

ALL our Founding Fathers were against a central government as is currently being put in place by circumventing the Constitution. But Jefferson summed it up best in 1800 when he wrote: “I do verily believe that…a single consolidated government would become the most corrupt government on the earth.” Our government, all three branches have and are in violation of the Constitution, by having a Department of Education, by having Czars, by passing laws prohibiting religion in the public space. These are just to name a few, because we have lost our history and have allowed them to do it.

Do you know, we have three, yes, three, Supreme Court Justices, who do not believe in the Constitution? How? And if the government and we know this, why are they still part of the court?

To understand how taxes in the United States was to work and then to follow this writing, it is best that you stop and read The Constitution of the United States, Article I, Sections 7 and 8.

I want to share the words of Thomas Jefferson, “On every question of construction, [let us] carry ourselves back to the time when the Constitution was adopted, recollect the spirit manifested in the debates, and instead of trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed.”

To take and use money of the people, must be for the people and approved by the people. It is a very simple idea. This is how the founders of our country viewed taxes. They knew the States and Federal Governments needed money to run, but only to complete the items in Section 7 and 8. Now some might try to say health care falls under Section 8 because of the term “…and general Welfare of the United States.” That would be false and a lie. This term means the physical safety of the Country from violence of an enemy. Taxes used by the Federal Government for health care is a violation of the Constitution and in violation of the States’ Rights as explained in Amendment X of the Constitution. This also applies to education.

We the People must order our Representatives to form and pass a Fair Flat Tax/Balanced Budget Amendment in order to help control the Federal and States’ Government spending. If our elected representatives cannot control themselves then we must enforce a standard of conduct on them.

Why a Fair Flat Tax/Balanced Budget Amendment? One tax that is fair and flat will be the income of the Federal and State Governments. Every adult (age 18 and older) should pay in to both the Federal and State regardless if they made $100.00 or $100,000,000.00. Regardless of how you made a monetary increase during the tax year, you owe a share of that income to the country. This includes every company in the U.S and companies doing business in the U.S. Individuals owning a company would pay based on personal monetary increase and the company pays based on its monetary increase (profit). The success of the people is the success of the country, failure of the people, as we have now, is the failure of the country.

Talk about Welfare for a moment as it is used in today’s terms; Welfare needs to be based on service to or work for the Government. No free hand-outs as we have now, state of disability will need to be worked out as to how and why. Service or work can be at any level; community, state or national. Simply put: No work, no welfare. Welfare is not free, other citizens paid taxes so the government must get something in return. This includes medical, monetary (food or goods) and housing. (Service or work for the government ranges from area beautification to administrative support.) Adult(s) choosing not to work for a living or improve their standard of living are not entitled to funds paid in to the government.

The following is only a suggestion of a Fair Flat Tax system:

Individual

5% to both State and Federal = 10% max $1 to $150,000

10% to both State and Federal = 20% max $151,000 to $350,000

15% to both State and Federal = 30% max $351,000 up

Companies

2.5% to both State and Federal = 5% max $1 to $350,000

5% to both State and Federal = 10% max $350,001 to $3,000,000

10% to both State and Federal = 20% max $3,000,001 up

Every January a card comes in the mail stating how much your monetary increase was recorded as. You either sign agree or you sign disagree and submit the right number and pay the difference or receive the difference back. That’s it.

Tax exempt is for monetary value given by an individual or organization in currency or service. Tax exemption will not be for the sole purpose of paying founders, management and or workers.

A Balanced Budget is a must. The Government must control spending, eliminate redundant spending and work. A balanced budget for the government is no different than any other citizen, family or group/business controlling their spending to maintain a standard of living/operating cost.

On 18 November 2011 the Republican controlled House of Representatives rejected a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution. This is why we must get involved. Our leaders who know the measure is necessary to end the federal government's spiraling deficit spending will not do it. A total of 261 members voted for the measure, which was 23 votes shy of the two-thirds majority required for passage and 165 members opposed it.

Now there are some individuals out there right now telling people you cannot compare an individual’s or family’s budget to that of the country. I am sorry, but a budget is a budget is a budget regardless of how you receive the monetary increase. Comparing the numbers, as seen on the internet recently by dropping the last several zeros is an excellent example so that individuals get a basic understanding of how the numbers relate to them.

Example:

U.S. income: $2,170,000,000,000

Federal budget: $3,820,000,000,000

New debt: $ 1,650,000,000,000

National debt: $14,271,000,000,000

Recent budget cut: $ 38,500,000,000 (about 1 percent of the budget)

Total annual income for the Individual family: $21,700

Amount of money the Individual family spent: $38,200

Amount of new debt added to the credit card: $16,500

Outstanding balance on the credit card: $142,710

Amount cut from the budget: $385

The Federal and States’ budgets are only complicated because WE have allowed it to become that way. We have allowed our representatives to play with the numbers and to keep more than one set of books. We have allowed them to make up an unfair tax code. We have allowed them to steal from one individual and give to another. WE!

Spending for the Federal Government should be budgeted based only on the Constitution, Article I, Sections 7 and 8: Pay the Debt, Defense and Welfare of the United States by having a Military and a Militia, Controlling and Upholding a Uniform Code of Law, Running a Post Office and Care of National Roads, and Progress of Science and Useful Arts.

Spending of the States is based on the Constitution, Amendment X. Here are some of the things specifically not delegated to the Federal Government: Public Service (Welfare and Health Care), Housing and Standards of Living, Education, State Infrastructure, Law Enforcement, and Progress of Technology.

Health Care outside of State Welfare is based on self-reliance. State and local government should monitor the health care system (providers and services) for fairness, access and cost effective practices. Health care for welfare could be based on the military model, services as needed, not as wanted, with self-care and child-care education mandatory.

Citizens at the local community level must take the lead in helping to solve homelessness, hunger, orphans, or unwanted children issues. The Government will support the resolution of these issues. Families and communities need to advance; sex, marriage and family education: based on morals and values.

Our 545 vs. 301,139,947 Individuals

Based on the current estimate of U.S. population of 301,139,947, each of the following 545 individuals make decisions for 552,551 other American citizens.

One hundred senators, 435 congressmen, one President, and nine Supreme Court Justices, equates to 545 individuals who are directly, legally, morally, and individually responsible for the domestic problems of our country. But is it really just them or do we carry some of the blame?

In that number 545, we excluded the members of the Federal Reserve Board because that problem was created by the Congress. In 1913, Congress delegated its Constitutional duty to provide a sound currency to a federally chartered, but private, central bank. We also excluded all the special interests and lobbyists for a sound reason. They have no legal authority. They have no ability to coerce a senator, a congressman, or a President to do one cotton-picking thing. I don't care if they offer a politician $1 or $100 million dollars in cash. The politician has the power to accept or reject it. No matter what the lobbyist promises, it is the legislator's responsibility to determine how he votes. If a vote is not “Of the People, By the People or For the People”, then it is a bad vote.

There are no unsolvable government problems.

Have you ever wondered; if both the Democrats and the Republicans are against deficits, WHY do we have deficits? If all the politicians are against inflation and high taxes, then why do we have inflation and high taxes? The President proposes a federal yearly budget and yet for the last 1010 days we do not have one. The current Senate will not pass any of the current budgets approved by the House of Representatives.

The Constitutional authority to vote on appropriations is with the House of Representatives, but yet our deficit is still climbing to 16 trillion when 99% of Americans want it to stop. Congress writes the tax code and fiscal policy, both which are broken. The Federal Reserve Bank controls monetary policy, which gives away your money without consent.

Then these 545 individuals spend much of their energy convincing you, that what they did is not their fault. They cooperate in this common con regardless of party.

It seems inconceivable that a nation of 301 plus million cannot replace 545 individuals who currently stand convicted -- by present facts -- of incompetence and irresponsibility. So it also must mean we are incompetent and irresponsible, because we have the power to vote all of them out of office. I can't think of a single domestic problem that is not traceable directly to these 545 individuals. When we fully grasp the plain truth that 545 individuals exercise the power of the federal government, then it must follow that what exists is what they want to exist; if the tax code is unfair, it's because they want it unfair. If the budget is in the red, it's because they want it in the red. If the Army & Marines are in Iraq and Afghanistan it's because they want them in Iraq and Afghanistan. If they do not receive Social Security but are on an elite retirement plan not available to the people, it's because they want it that way.

In 2008 we wanted to believe in Hope and Change. We have now lost most hope and the change we received was for the worse. We cannot let these 545 individuals shift the blame. Do not let them continue to con us into the belief that there exists disembodied mystical forces like "the economy," "inflation," or "politics" that prevent them from doing what they took an oath to do.

However, these 545 individuals are not alone in responsibility.

We have allowed this. Yes, WE. We gave them the power, but will not take it back. We have allowed them to make laws and rulings that violate the constitution. We have been too busy with our lives to stop the abuse. We have been too busy to help our neighbor, love our spouses, love our children, or to keep our values and morals. We have allowed illegal to become ok and criminals to be treated better than our Veterans.

We have allowed it! Are you still too busy?
